Car Show Participants
Classic and Custom Car owners everywhere agree, Taste of Hood Canal is one of their favorite summer venues! We’re one of the few events where you can spend the day in a beautiful park-like setting and enjoy music, food, and nearly 10,000 car show fans.
This year, “The Taste” is an officially-sanctioned SEAFAIR Community Event, so even more cars from all over the Greater Puget Sound area will be attending.
The event begins with car show registration at 7:00 AM on Saturday, August 10. The event location is on Clifton Lane in the center of Belfair, WA.
IMPORTANT DIRECTIONS

From the North: State Route 3 is the main highway into town. If you are coming from the north (Bremerton/Gorst area), just as you enter Belfair there is a McDonald’s Restaurant on your left. Turn right into the Jimmy D’s Restaurant parking lot and follow the signs to the registration entrance.
From the South: If you are coming from the south (Olympia/Shelton/Union), you will need to go PAST the Safeway parking lot up towards the McDonalds Restaurant (on your right), and turn left into the Jimmy D’s Restaurant parking lot. From there, follow the signs to the registration entrance.
REGISTRATION
North Mason Rotary is a non-profit service organization. Proceeds from the Taste of Hood Canal event go to local, national, and international service projects in Adult Literacy, Child Health, and College Scholarships, to name only a few.
This year, 15% of Taste of Hood Canal proceed will go to help build a Fisher House for Joint Base Lewis McChord. We will have additional donation boxes specifically for this amazing charity at the event.
We ask all car show participants to donate $15.00 to help us defray costs and to help in the good work we do.
When you arrive at the event, Rotary volunteers will collect your donations and complete a Registration Card for your car. Please display this prominently in your windshield (or other visible location) as it will contain your entry number for judging.
JUDGING
Each year we hand out a number of trophies, including the People’s Choice and Governor’s Cup awards. This year we will add even more awards, so check back as we near the event date for more information.
